All students residing in university hostels are instructed to empty their rooms no later than Friday, 25 September 2026, to permit a full inventory and necessary maintenance ahead of the start of the 2026/2027 academic year.

No resident may leave personal items in the accommodation, as the Denary will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such belongings.

Final‑year students who are still working on research or project work must obtain approval from the Dean via their Hall Administrators before remaining in the hostels.
