All Heads of Departments are hereby informed that the final date for submitting project work of ND I and HND II students is Monday, 5 October 2026.

Department heads should promptly relay this notice to the concerned students and ensure strict adherence to the deadline.

Each department must also coordinate the collection of the projects and deliver them to the library within the allotted timeframe.

Please be reminded that every submitted project must be accompanied by the following:

  • Photocopy receipt of the bindery fees
  • Plagiarism check for HND II
  • Project packaged in a transparent file bag

Your cooperation and swift action on this matter are greatly appreciated.
