This notice is addressed to all Heads of Departments, informing them that the final date for submitting project work of ND I and HND II students is Monday, 5 October 2026.

Heads of Departments are kindly asked to relay this information to the relevant students and to enforce strict adherence to the stated deadline. Departments must also coordinate the collection of the projects and ensure they are turned over to the library within the allotted time frame.

Please be reminded that each project submission must be accompanied by:

  • a photocopy of the bindery fee receipt
  • a plagiarism verification report (required for HND II projects)
  • packaging of the work inside a clear file bag

Your cooperation and swift action on this matter are greatly appreciated.
