Education Minister Pegs Post UTME Fee At N2,500

Education minister, stakeholders agree on N2,500 as post-UTME screening fee. CBT as being scrapped as a means to screen post UTME candidates.

The Federal Government has not scrapped CBT for The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.

What was scrapped is the CBT being used by Institutions to screen post UTME candidates.

During the meeting with stakeholders, the HME (Honorable Minister of Education) directed that a maximum of 2500 (Bank charges inclusive) be charged for the screening process.
