The Deanery of Student Affairs at Bayero University, Kano, has announced that the current academic session's examinations will conclude on March 10, 2026. Following a decision by the Deanery of Students, the hostel closure date has been extended by two weeks. As a result, all students living in the university hostels are expected to complete their activities and vacate the premises on or before March 24, 2026. However, students participating in certain academic programs, such as SIWES/Industrial Training, Teaching Practice, or Student Work Experience Program, must visit the Deanery of Student Affairs for reapplication and/or registration. To be considered for bed space allocation, these students must obtain a clearance letter from their respective Heads of Department. The notice, issued under reference number BUK/SA/VC/007, was signed by Prof. Mukhtar Ridwanu Bunza, the Dean of Student Affairs at Bayero University, Kano.
