The Student Union Government of FULOKOJA has released an update regarding the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) registration. According to the update, students who applied for NELFUND and are still seeing #5,000 for late registration on their school fees portal are experiencing a system glitch.
The University Management is working to resolve the issue, and it will be rectified soon. The NELFUND Desk Officer has also confirmed that the names of all NELFUND applicants are being processed to enable the reopening of their portals for course registration.
Students whose portal status shows 'Disbursed' are advised not to make any school fees payment, even if they have the funds available. This is because 'Disbursed' indicates that their school fees have already been credited to the University Management, and there is no need for a duplicate payment.
The Student Union Government has assured students that their welfare remains the utmost priority and that they have been engaging with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities to address all concerns regarding NELFUND.
