The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) has reminded students that the deadline for completing the signing of their examination cards is approaching. According to an internal memo from the Academic Affairs Division, all students must ensure their cards are verified and signed by Friday, 20th March 2026.
The process involves a three-step verification procedure. Firstly, students must report to their Level Coordinator for an academic check, where the coordinator will verify registered courses, total units, and ensure all carry-over courses are registered before current level courses. The coordinator will then sign and stamp the card with a clear departmental stamp.
The second step requires students to proceed to the Bursary for financial clearance, presenting proof of payment with a minimum of 60% of the current session’s fees paid. The Bursary will sign the form after verifying the payment.
Finally, the University Examination Officer will append the final signature after confirming that both academic and financial verification steps have been completed. The university has warned that no alterations are permitted on the examination card, and a replacement fee of ₹500 will be required if a card is lost. Students are advised to complete the process before the deadline to avoid disruptions during examinations.
