OOU Notice On Correction To The University's Anthem

The Vice-Chancellor of Olabisi Onabanjo University has issued a directive to correct minor language errors in the University Anthem. Following this directive, an updated version of the anthem has been released.
The corrected anthem, which is now the official version to be used at all University events, retains its original tune, lyrics, and meaning. The changes made are solely to rectify the identified language errors.
The University community is expected to comply with this directive. The corrected Olabisi Onabanjo University Anthem is as follows: Olabisi Onabanjo University We are the pride of our fatherland Here, men of character and great knowledge are produced We blaze the trail in our motherland.
