The university community has been informed that examinations scheduled for Thursday, 19th and Friday, 20th March, 2026, have been postponed due to the Federal Government's declaration of public holidays for the Eid-el-Fitr Muslim Festivity.
This postponement has been approved by the Vice-Chancellor. As a result, all affected examinations will be rescheduled and conducted within one or two days after the last examination of the respective departments or programmes.
Deans of faculties and heads of departments have been directed to ensure strict compliance with this directive. They are to promptly communicate revised examination schedules to students and submit them to the Directorate of Examinations and Special Duties for proper coordination.
Compliance with this directive is mandatory, and any deviation will be taken seriously.
