The Exams and Records Unit has notified all graduands of the 2024/2025 academic session to verify their names on the graduation list. Students are required to effect any necessary corrections on or before Friday, 20th March, 2026.
This step is crucial as the University and the printing company will not accept responsibility for errors found on the Original Certificate after printing. Henceforth, graduands will be fully responsible for any corrections related to their names, including wrong arrangements, use of abbreviations, spelling errors, or incorrect matriculation numbers.
The notification, signed by Mrs. Bara'atu Abdullahi, SDR (Exams and Records), has been distributed to relevant stakeholders, including the DVC Academics, Registrar, DR (Academic Affairs), Students Affairs, Faculty Deans, Faculty Officers, HODs, SUG, and Notice Boards.
