The management of Sa’adu Zungur University, through the Office of the Registrar, has issued guidelines for graduands participating in the forthcoming combined Convocation Ceremony scheduled for 27th and 28th March 2026.

To obtain their academic regalia and official documentation, graduands are required to pay fees based on their level of study. Undergraduate graduands will pay Ten Thousand Naira (N 10,000.00), while postgraduate graduands will pay Fifteen Thousand Naira (N 15,000.00).

For certificate collection, undergraduate graduands will pay Fifteen Thousand Naira (N 15,000.00), and postgraduate graduands will pay Twenty Thousand Naira (N 20,000.00).

All payments must be made via Remita. Graduands can use the specific service links provided in the official memo or access the consolidated payment portal at: https://remita.net/pay/sazu. After completing payment, graduands should report to the relevant offices with evidence of payment to collect their academic gowns and books of proceedings. For academic gowns, they should go to the Academic Office, and for the book of proceedings, they should visit the Office of the Registrar.
