The University of Ibadan has scheduled its Physical Admission Clearance exercise for freshmen from Monday, 23 March to Friday, 27 March, 2026, for the 2025/2026 academic session.

To participate in the clearance exercise, candidates are required to bring several documents, including a duly filled FORM B003, available on the University of Ibadan's website, an Admission Letter (Institutional Copy) printed in colour, JAMB Result Slip, and O/Level Result Slip. Additionally, candidates with A/Level (Cambridge), NCE, OND, HND, or a First Degree should bring the relevant result slips. HND and University Degree Graduates must present their NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate. Direct Entry candidates need to bring their JAMB Acknowledgment Slip.

Other required documents include two Reference Letters from reputable personalities, addressed to the Registrar, University of Ibadan, on letter-headed paper, a Birth Certificate, and two passport photographs. Candidates should also come with a file and tags. It is essential to bring both the original and photocopies of these documents.

The Physical Clearance is a critical step in the admission process, and candidates must ensure they are present at the designated venues on their scheduled day. The Registrar, G. O. Saliu, MNIM, MAUA, fspsp, emphasized the importance of the Physical Admission Clearance and urged candidates to take it seriously.
