Please be assured that the university is working diligently to ensure the delivery of all gowns before or shortly after the ceremony. In the meantime, graduands are advised to take note of the following directives:
1. Delivery Timeline: Graduands who have already paid for their gowns are requested to exercise patience as the university works to fulfill all orders within a reasonable timeframe. 2. Refund Policy: For those who prefer not to wait, the Bursar has been authorized to process immediate refunds upon request. 3. Contingency Arrangements: Alternative arrangements are being made for all graduands who have paid for either purchase or hire, ensuring every candidate can participate fully in the Convocation Ceremony. 4. Verification Requirements: Graduands who paid for a purchase do not need to pay additional hiring fees but must present a verified Receipt of Payment to collect a gown for the ceremony.
