The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has rescheduled the screening test for its 78th Regular Course, previously set for Saturday, 13 June 2026. Due to a scheduling conflict with the JAMB mop-up examination, the test will now take place on Saturday, 20 June 2026.

Candidates are advised to note the change in date and make necessary arrangements to attend their designated screening centres on 20 June 2026. All previously communicated instructions regarding the screening test remain in effect unless otherwise stated.

Applicants who successfully submitted their applications and achieved a score above 180 in the JAMB UMTE but have not received their invitation letters should log in to the application portal and select their preferred state for the screening test.

Candidates who chose states with low turnout have been reassigned to neighbouring states for the screening test. The affected candidates are to check their updated test locations and comply accordingly.

The reassignments are as follows: 1. Abia - Imo 2. Anambra - Enugu 3. Bayelsa - Rivers 4. Ebonyi - Enugu 5. Ekiti - Ondo 6. Jigawa - Kano 7. Katsina - Kano 8. Kebbi - Sokoto 9. Kogi - FCT 10. Taraba - Adamawa 11. Yobe - Borno 12. Zamfara - Sokoto
