The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro has opened its doors for Post-UTME registration for the 2026/2027 academic session. Interested candidates who made the institution their first choice or are willing to change to Ilaro as their first choice are invited to apply for screening and validation of credentials.

To be eligible, candidates must have chosen The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro as their first choice in the 2026 UTME and scored at least 150. Candidates who did not choose the institution initially but are willing to effect a change of institution can also apply. Additionally, physically challenged and international candidates are eligible to apply.

The application process involves generating a screening form invoice online. Candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00. To do this, candidates should log on to the institution's website at www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng, click on 'Portal', and then 'New Application'. They should then generate their invoice by filling in their details and selecting their programme of study. The invoice should be taken to the bank for payment, after which the candidate will obtain an RRR number.

Once the payment has been made, candidates should return to the portal, repeat the initial steps, and click on 'Fill Application Form'. They will then enter the RRR number obtained from the bank and complete the application form. The registration process begins on Wednesday, 27th May, 2026.
