• School Fees Payment Deadline: Friday, July 24, 2026, is the last day for undergraduate students to pay their school fees and other prescribed charges.
• Examination Cards: Students must obtain their examination cards by the end of July 2026.

Important Note for NELFUND Beneficiaries

Students who are beneficiaries of NELFUND loans must also pay all prescribed fees and collect their examination cards. This is a necessary step for the university's Bursary Department to process their NELFUND refunds.

The Academic Affairs Division released an internal memorandum on July 15, 2026, signed by Deputy Registrar Mustapha Hanafi-Idiaro on behalf of the Registrar, emphasizing that this directive must be strictly followed.
