The Senate of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, during its 41st Regular meeting on Tuesday, 13th July 2026, made a resolution to postpone the physical screening exercise. This exercise was initially scheduled for candidates seeking admission into the university for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

The reason for the postponement is the pending release of the 2026 WAEC results. As a result, the online screening exercise will continue uninterrupted. It will remain open for one week after the official release of the 2026 WAEC results.

The University Management will announce a new commencement date for the physical screening exercise following the expiration of the online screening period.
