NABTEB notice:

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board has concluded the selection and placement exercise for Federal Technical Colleges. This exercise was conducted in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education and the Principals of Federal Technical Colleges.

According to the Board, the exercise followed the release of the 2026 National Common Entrance Examination results, which took place on Saturday, 13th June, 2026.

The selection and placement process adhered to approved admission guidelines, ensuring transparency, fairness, and merit-based allocation of qualified candidates into Federal Technical Colleges across Nigeria.

• Candidates can check their admission status on the NABTEB website (nabteb.gov.ng) by navigating to the Media Centre on the menu bar and clicking on FTC Admission Status.
• Alternatively, candidates can confirm their admission status at any NABTEB office in the 36 states, the six geo-political zones, or at the NABTEB National Headquarters in Benin City, Edo State.

Successful candidates are required to print their Notification of Admission Slip from https://eworld.nabteb.gov.ng starting Friday, 24th July, 2026. They must then present the slip at the Federal Technical College where they have been offered admission to collect their admission letters and complete all registration formalities within the stipulated period.
