University Management has announced a postponement of the Second Semester 2025/2026 Computer-Based Continuous Assessment Test.

The test, initially set to start on Monday, 27th July 2026, will now commence on Monday, 3rd August 2026.

This decision was made due to some Departments' failure to comply with the directive to submit one higher-level course per level for the Computer-Based Continuous Assessment exercise.

• Heads of Department who have not yet complied are directed to submit one higher-level course for each level in their Department by July 29, 2026.
• The submission should be made to the CBE Committee Chairman.
• Failure to comply may impact the participation of their students in the CBE Continuous Assessment.

Additionally, students who have not paid their school fees or completed course registration are advised to use this extension to regularize their status.

• Only duly registered students who have fulfilled all prescribed financial obligations will be eligible to participate in the assessment.

All concerned parties are requested to treat this matter with urgency.
