BUK Freshmen: Complete Admission Docs & Get ID Cards

University Management has an update for fresh students admitted for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The matriculation exercise marks the completion of the admission process.

  • All fresh students must proceed to the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR)
  • Complete the final stage of their registration, which involves necessary documentation
  • Collect their Student Identity (ID) Cards.

In view of the above, students are urged to complete their documentation and collect their Student ID Cards from the DEAR on or before Friday, 31st July 2026.

It is essential to note that no student will be permitted to sit for any University examination without a valid Student Identity (ID) Card.

All students are advised to treat this directive with utmost importance and ensure prompt compliance within the stipulated deadline.
