This notice is addressed to all prospective corps members of Delta State University (DELSU). Please review the following important points that apply after uploading your documents and during the PCM NYSC registration process.
Prospective corps members must provide a statement of result that reflects the accurate graduation date. Submit this corrected document to the Student Affairs Office well before departing for camp so the amendment can be processed in time.
Any gender‑related discrepancies can be resolved easily while at camp. No special procedures are required beyond the standard correction process.
If your listed course is incorrect, initiate the correction during the registration phase. Afterwards, present your updated statement of result to the Student Affairs Office for final verification and amendment.
Should you discover misspellings in your name, request a name correction during registration. This will allow NYSC to adjust their records accordingly before you proceed to camp.
Candidates whose JAMB numbers are missing or invalid must revisit the JAMB portal to complete biometric verification and recapture their data. Only after this step should you re‑print your JAMB Admission Letter.
All grievances related to NYSC placement or documentation should be lodged at the Student Affairs Office well before the camp commences. Early submission ensures timely resolution.
