The Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria has published its provisional admission roster for the 2026/2027 academic year. This announcement serves to let all applicants who took part in the 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise know that they can now verify whether they appear on the list of successful candidates.

The roster of admitted students has been made available online through the JAMB CAPS portal. Candidates should follow the steps below to confirm their status:

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and sign in using the email address and password registered with JAMB.
• Select the option “Check Admission Status”.
• Click on “Access my CAPS”.
• Choose “Admission Status” to view whether an offer has been extended.

If an offer has been granted, the system will display the applicant’s photograph together with a congratulatory message. Conversely, if no offer has been made, the screen will show the text “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet”.

Applicants who receive an admission offer may either accept or decline it by sending the word ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.

The acceptance window remains open for four weeks. Those whose registered mobile numbers are unavailable must visit a JAMB‑accredited centre to submit their acceptance or rejection.

It is crucial for successful candidates to print their admission letters after confirming acceptance, as the document will be required during clearance and registration at the respective faculty.
