The University of Nigeria (UNN) has published its Direct Entry admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session. The names of successful candidates are available in the PDF attached below.

Applicants who have received a provisional offer must follow the steps outlined below to confirm their place.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES OFFERED PROVISIONAL ADMISSION FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

Candidates offered provisional admission are required to adopt the following guidelines to regularize their acceptance of the offer:

• Visit the JAMB portal, log in with your JAMB registration number and click “Accept Admission” on CAPS. Failure to complete this step will prevent the issuance of a JAMB Admission Letter and will be treated as a non‑admission.
• Access the University of Nigeria website (www.unn.edu.ng) or its portal (unnportal.edu.ng), sign in using your JAMB registration number, and generate a payment invoice that includes a Remita reference. This invoice can be used to settle the fee at any commercial bank, including the UNN Microfinance Bank.
• Using the generated invoice, remit the acceptance fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00). Ensure the invoice number is entered correctly at the bank and obtain a receipt that shows both the confirmation number and the invoice number.
• Return to the UNN website or portal, log in again with your JAMB registration number together with the confirmation and invoice numbers, then download and print the admission slip and complete the online Acceptance Form.
• Follow the remaining payment and registration instructions posted on the University of Nigeria website to complete all required processes.
• Be aware that the admission granted at this stage is provisional.
• Should it later emerge—at any point during the course, including the final year—that a student does not meet the minimum university and faculty/department entry requirements as stipulated by the Senate and published in the JAMB brochure, the provisional offer will be revoked.
