Imo State Polytechnic, IMOPOLY HND Regular I , Regular II (Full-Time) and Weekend (part-time) programmes admission forms are now on sale for the 2016/2017 academic session.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Full Time and Part Time programmes in Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo, Owerri, IMO STATE for 2016/2017 Academic Year.

IMO STATE POLYTECHNIC HND (REGULAR 1) PROGRAMMES.

A. School of Agriculture

  • HND in Animal Production Technology (APT)
  • HND in Animal Health Technology (AHT)
  • HND  in  Fisheries Technology (FMT)
  • HND in Agricultural Ext. and Management (AEM)
  • HND in Crop Science Technology (CPT)
  • HND in Soil Science Technology (SST)

Note:  CREDIT pass in Chemistry also compulsory

B. School Of Business Management

  • HND in Accounting Technology (ACC)
  • HND in Banking & Finance (B&F)

IMO STATE POLYTECHNIC HND – ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS.

1.      HND (REGULAR I & II) PROGRAMMES:

 a.     Must have ND Statement of Result

b.      Must have five (5) CREDIT passes at O/level at a maximum of two sittings as specified inJAMB Brochure.

 c.     A minimum of one (1) year post ND cognate working experience in field of specialization for those with a minimum of Lower Credit.

 d.      Please note that only candidates with Lower Credit and above are eligible to apply.

2.       HND (WEEKEND) PROGRAMMES:

a.       Must have ND Statement of Result

b.       Must have five (5) CREDIT passes at O/level at a maximum of two sittings as specified in JAMB Brochure.

c.       A minimum of one (1) year post ND cognate      working experience in field of specialization for those with a minimum of Lower Credit.

d.    Weekend candidates are not required to sit for any exam.

IMO STATE POLYTECHNIC HND ADMISSION – METHOD OF APPLICATION.

All eligible candidates for the Post-UTME Screening Test are required to obtain our e-transact login details from the following banks below at the cost of N7,000.00. Log on to the Polytechnic’s website(www.imopoly.edu.ng) to complete the application forms. All completed applications should reach the admissions office on or before Friday, 29th July, 2016.

NOTE: You are required to furnish us with working e-mail address and phone number for further correspondences

 The designated banks include:

  1. Imo State Polytechnic Microfinance Bank
  2. Diamond Bank Plc, Nationwide
  3. Eco Bank Plc, Nationwide
  4. First Bank  Plc, Nationwide
  5. Any other Bank on e-transact platform

NOTE: CANDIDATES ARE TO COME TO THE EXAMINATION HALL WITH THE FOLLOWINGS:

A Copy of their Imo State Polytechnic Examination Photo-card, O’ level Computer  print- out,  JAMB resultComputer  print- out, ND Certificate  from your last School and Evidence of one year industrial attachment.
