Federal University Otuoke, FUOTUOKE supplementary post UTME (Admission Screening) form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.

The Federal University Otuoke, FUOTUOKE supplementary Admission Screening Exercise for admission into ALL COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2016/2017 Academic Year has commenced.

The University invites interested JAMB UTME candidates who could not upload their results earlier to upload their results and to take part in the Supplementary 2016/2017 Admission Screening Exercise.

The university portal will be open for applications for the Supplementary 2016/2017 Admission Screening applications from Tuesday 25th October to Tuesday, 28th October 2016.

Interested candidates are to be guided guided by the following in applying for the Supplementary Screening.

FUOTUOKE POST UTME REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.

Candidates who have not applied earlier, are to make a Non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master cards for application processing and portal charges.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:

a.      Passport – size photograph

b.      Copy of 2016 JAMB UTME original result printout

c.       Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result

d.      Copy of LGA Identification letter

e.      Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

f.        Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result Checking Scratch Card Details

 SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

1.               Use a digital passport photograph

2.              Use the same name as used in your JAMB UTME and in the same order

3.              Submit a valid email address and phone number in your online application

4.             Upload your O’level checking scratch card. For candidates combining two O’level results, both scratch cards should be uploaded accordingly

Online application portal will be open from Tuesday 25th October to Tuesday, 28th October 2016. Via our portal  ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

THIS SUPPLEMNTARY ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL WILL CLOSE ON TUESDAY, 28TH OF OCTOBER, 2016.

The Federal University Otuoke will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications as a result of invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s).

Successful candidates will be issued letter of invitation to report at the university campus for further verification processes.

THE ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE WILL NOT INVOLVE ANY WRITTEN TEST.
