Federal University Otuoke is inviting applications from suitable JAMB DE candidates for its Direct Entry Screening Exercise, which is aimed at admitting students into the University for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. Interested candidates should be guided by the information provided below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

The following categories of JAMB DE candidates are eligible to apply:

• Candidates who selected Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2026/2027 JAMB DE and chose any of the programmes listed below.
• Candidates must hold any of NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and A‘Level in relevant disciplines and subjects. Additionally, candidates are required to meet the O’Level requirement for the relevant programme, as outlined in the FUO Brochure.
• Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in Federal University Otuoke must do a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke via the JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and choose any of the programmes listed below.

2. METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit Bank card for the application form. Candidates are advised to read these instructions carefully before applying. The online application can be accessed at http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:

• Digital Passport-size photograph (in JPG format)
• Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result (in PDF format)
• Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (in PDF format)
• Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (in PDF format)
• Scanned copy of NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and A’ Level certificate (in PDF format)
• Scanned copy of academic transcript (in PDF format)

4. SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

• Use a digital passport photograph (in JPG format)
• Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your application

Note: Federal University Otuoke will not be responsible for any unsuccessful application resulting from an invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s).

5. COMMENCEMENT OF ONLINE APPLICATION

The online application will be open from Friday, July 17th, 2026, on the University’s portal http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

6. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

The deadline for submission of application is Monday, August 17th, 2026.

7. DATE OF DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING EXERCISE

The date for the DIRECT ENTRY Screening Exercise would be made known upon completion of the application, as indicated on the DE Screening Schedule Printout.

8. IMPORTANT NOTICE

Candidates whose academic records are not uploaded on JAMB CAPS, or who make false declarations of ordinary level result grades (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) as well as state of origin shall not be considered for admission.
