The University of Ibadan Students' Union has announced that, following discussions with the University Management, the deadline for school fees payment and course registration has been further extended. Initially, the deadline was set for April 16, 2026, but was later extended to April 30, 2026, after the Students' Union intervened. After additional deliberations, the University has granted a final extension, moving the deadline to May 11, 2026. The new deadline applies to both school fees payment and course registration, which remains tied to fee payment. Students are urged to take advantage of this final extension and complete all necessary payments and registrations within the stipulated time. The extension was granted in consideration of the challenges students are facing, including issues related to NELFUND disbursement and payment processes. However, students should note that this is a one-time concession and further extensions may not be guaranteed.
