The Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho is inviting applications from qualified candidates for admission into its undergraduate programmes through UTME and Direct Entry for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Guided by its vision and mission, the University is committed to producing skilled graduates for impactful service. In line with this, the University has announced the commencement of its Online Admission Screening Exercise.
Application for the screening exercise starts on Monday, 15th June, 2026, and closes on Monday, 31st August, 2026. Candidates should note that there may be no extension of the registration period.
To be eligible for the screening, candidates must have chosen the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho as their university of choice and scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME. They must also have attained the age of sixteen years on or before 30th September, 2026, and possess a minimum of five O'Level credit passes in relevant subjects.
Direct Entry candidates who have obtained the Direct Entry Form from JAMB and have chosen the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho as their first choice of institution are also eligible. They must submit their transcript(s) to the Registrar not later than 31st August, 2026.
The University has listed its accredited programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. Candidates are advised to apply only for programmes for which they meet the admission requirements. The list of programmes includes College of Livestock Development & Environmental Sciences, College of Agricultural Development & Human Ecology, College of Engineering & Technology, College of Science & Computing, College of Plant Science & Crop Production, and College of Environmental Design & Geospatial Technology.
To apply, candidates are required to log in to the Admission Portal using their JAMB Registration Number as their user name and their surname as their initial password. A portal access fee of ₦3,550 and screening fee of ₦2,000.00 should be paid through the ADMISSION PORTAL in favour of the University.
The Post-UTME screening shall take place from 1st September, 2026. Candidates are strongly advised to provide valid and active e-mail addresses and phone numbers as data modification will attract a fee.
