The Federal University of Technology, Akure is set to host a significant event, its 203rd Inaugural Lecture, scheduled for Tuesday, 28th July, 2026.

The lecture, titled 'Cost Management: Pivotal in Construction Projects Management and Contract Administration,' will be delivered by a distinguished academic, Professor Olusola Festus Akinradewo, who is a Professor of Quantity Surveying.

This lecture aims to delve into critical aspects of cost control and management strategies that are essential for the successful execution of construction projects and effective contract administration.
