Modibbo Adama University is set to host its 32nd Inaugural Lecture, as announced by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ibrahim Umar, on behalf of the Council and Senate.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Baba Bukar Jakusko, a renowned Professor of Agronomy (Crop Production).

The topic of the lecture is: "Plant Population Density, Crop Yield and Bridging the Yield Gap: An Agronomist in the Service of Mankind."

This academic event aims to explore the significance of plant population density in improving crop productivity and bridging yield gaps to enhance food security and agricultural development.
