LASCOHET has warned against admission racketeers and fraudsters during the ongoing 2025/2026 admission exercise.
The Registrar, Mr Ekundayo, speaking on behalf of the Provost and Management, reaffirmed the college's commitment to a transparent and merit-based admission process. He emphasized that admission into all college programs is strictly governed by approved procedures, with no individual or third party authorized to secure admission on behalf of the college.
This is in line with the college's admission guidelines, which advise prospective applicants to visit the college website at https://eportal.lascohet.edu.ng and purchase the form online for a fee of N25,000.
Mr Ekundayo cautioned prospective students, parents, and guardians against dealing with self-acclaimed admission agents, middlemen, or any person demanding money with promises of securing admission into the college. He warned that anyone found impersonating the college, extorting applicants, or engaging in admission fraud would be reported to the law enforcement agencies for investigation and prosecution.
Applicants can obtain all authentic information regarding the admission process and procedures on the college's website at https://eportal.lascohet.edu.ng. Mr Ekundayo reassured all applicants of a fair, transparent, and seamless admission process and encouraged prospective students to remain vigilant throughout the process.
The warning was issued by the college to protect prospective students from falling prey to admission fraudsters. The college remains committed to ensuring a transparent and credible admission process.
