The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUE Zaria) has revealed that it is now beginning to set up and activate official university email addresses for both its staff members and its student body.

A Special Bulletin released on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, states that the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has launched the initiative. The move is aimed at bolstering digital communication channels and expanding access to the institution’s online platforms.

All faculty, administrative personnel, and enrolled students are being asked to report to the ICT Directorate in order to have their university‑issued email accounts created and switched on.

These newly created accounts are intended to streamline internal communication, grant seamless entry to digital services, aid the distribution and receipt of official notices, and support participation in both academic and administrative activities conducted online.

Members of the university community are therefore encouraged to make use of this opportunity and to follow the prescribed procedures without delay.
