University regulations require every student association—whether departmental, faculty‑based, religious or cultural—to obtain official permission before holding any event.

The administration has observed that several associations have proceeded with activities without securing consent from the appropriate offices. Conducting unauthorized events, regardless of the pretext, is deemed unacceptable.

Consequently, all student groups are strongly urged to request approval prior to arranging any function.

The university leadership is prepared to create a supportive environment for all associations, provided that the proper procedures are observed.
