The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is now accepting applications for the 2025/2026 academic session from candidates who selected the university as their first choice in the 2025 UTME. Online registration for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise is scheduled to begin on Monday, 4th August, 2025, and will close at 12:00 AM on Sunday, 31st August, 2025. The academic session is expected to commence in September 2025.
Applicants must meet the minimum entry requirement of five O’Level credits in relevant subjects, obtained at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. Applicants are strongly advised to refer to the FUNAAB Brochure to verify the specific admission requirements for their desired programs before filling out the e-application form.
To be eligible for admission, UTME candidates must meet the following criteria:
Chose FUNAAB as their first-choice institution with a minimum UTME score of 160.
Have five O’Level credits in relevant subjects as specified by the university.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
Candidates applying through Direct Entry (DE) must have a minimum of Upper Credit in National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), NCE, or First Degree in relevant fields.
DE candidates are required to submit their academic transcripts to the Registrar of FUNAAB by Friday, 15th August 2025.

Registration Steps:
Candidates must ensure that O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS by 16th August 2025.
The Post-UTME screening does not require physical presence on campus.
The deadline for Direct Entry candidates to submit transcripts is 15th August 2025.
Candidates must ensure their application is completed before the deadline to be considered for admission.
Candidates can choose Part-time (weekday evenings) options for available courses, with further details available on the FUNAAB Part-Time Portal.
Wrong Information: Any candidates found to have provided false information will be disqualified and may face legal consequences.
Non-refundable Payment: Payments made for the application are non-refundable, and candidates must ensure they meet the minimum admission requirements before making payment.
