The new deadline for completing the acceptance and payment process is 17 November 2025, replacing the earlier date of 10 November 2025.

All newly admitted students are advised to take advantage of this extension and promptly log in to the official UNIBEN portal to complete their acceptance and clearance procedures without delay.

Step-by-Step Guide to Process UNIBEN Acceptance and Clearance

1. Visit the UNIBEN portal and open the Login Menu.

2. Log in using your JAMB Registration Number as User ID and your password.

3. Provide a valid personal email address to receive your Student ID and a new password.

4. Check your email for the login details, then return to the portal and log in again.

5. Use your new credentials to access the Student Portal.

6. Click on the Academics menu, then select Clearance.

7. To pay your acceptance fee, use the Bank Transfer option on REMITA (note: debit card payments are currently unavailable).

8. After payment, log out and back in to refresh your payment status.

9. Complete the Clearance Form accurately and submit it for approval.
