The Management of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) has officially released the registration schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session. All fresh and returning students are expected to strictly comply with the approved timetable to ensure a smooth start to the session.

Registration Dates

Registration for both fresh and returning students will commence on Monday, 5th January, 2026, and close on Wednesday, 21st February, 2026.

Late Registration Penalty

Students are strongly advised to complete their registration within the approved period. Late registration will attract the following penalties:
    •    ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) for registration completed within one (1) week after the deadline.
    •    ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) for registration completed within two (2) weeks after the deadline.

⚠️ Important Notice:
Registration will not be allowed after two weeks from the deadline. Any student who fails to register within the grace period will be deemed to have forfeited their studentship for the session and must formally apply for deferment through the appropriate channels.

Mode Of Registration

Registration will be conducted online via the official FUBK Student Portal.

Comprehensive guidelines and step-by-step registration procedures will be available on the portal from Monday, 30th December, 2025.

For Fresh Students:
    •    Original and photocopies of all academic credentials
    •    Admission letter
    •    Birth certificate
    •    Any other documents listed in the admission package

For Returning Students:
    •    Valid student ID card
    •    Evidence of payment of required fees for the session
