The Student Affairs Division at Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH), Wudil, has outlined the official procedures and guidelines that students must follow for hostel occupancy.
To begin the process, students are required to adhere to the specified procedures, which include: 1. Hostel Allocation Screening: Students must print two copies of their hostel allocation form and proceed to the Twin Theaters for an initial screening. Subsequent screenings will take place at the Student Affairs Division. Following a successful screening, students must register with the Hall Administrator of their respective block.
2. Protection of Hostel Walls: It is strictly forbidden to write, draw, or cause any form of defacement or damage to the hostel walls. Students found violating this rule will be required to provide one bucket of paint for repairs as a penalty.
3. Padlock Handling: Students are warned against breaking any padlocks found on hostel doors. If a padlock is present, students should contact the Hall Administrator to obtain the key.
4. Responsibility of First Occupant: The first occupant of any hostel room who locks the door must ensure that a duplicate key is submitted to the Hall Administrator.
5. Key Return Policy: Students who collect keys from the Hall Administrator are required to return them immediately after use to avoid inconvenience to others.
6. Enquiries and Support: For further enquiries or assistance, students may contact 07066217961 or 08033822998.
The notice, signed by the Deputy Dean, Student Affairs (Student Matters), urges all students to comply strictly with the guidelines to ensure orderliness and proper management of hostel facilities.
