The Students' Union Government of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, has addressed concerns regarding the disbursement of NELFUND support to students.

The leadership of the SUG has noted the concerns circulating on social media and wishes to reassure the student community that everything possible is being done to ensure the remaining students who applied for the scheme receive their payments. It is the Union's sincere desire to see every eligible student benefit from this intervention.

The SUG, in collaboration with the University Management, is working closely with NELFUND officials to conclude the process successfully and ensure all affected students receive their payments.

The Union appeals to students to remain calm, patient, and optimistic, as students' welfare remains their top priority. They hope the remaining payments will be completed before the forthcoming Eid Fitri celebration.

The SUG appreciates the understanding, patience, and cooperation of the student body and assures them that they will continue to protect and promote the welfare and interests of students at all times.
