The Students' Union Government of Federal Poly Bida has announced the successful installation of Wi-Fi in several locations on campus. These locations include the Chemical Engineering Department, Civil Engineering Department, Library, and Nicon Hostel.

Installation in other hostels is currently ongoing and will be completed soon. To access the Wi-Fi, students are required to send their Name and Matric Number via WhatsApp to +234 915 598 0500 (Rumu ITS), after which they will be provided with their access code.

Additionally, the SUG has addressed complaints from students at the TVET Centre regarding requests for monetary contributions for trade materials. The SUG has stated that under no circumstances should students be asked to contribute money for materials related to their trade. If such situations arise, students are advised to report immediately to the SUG body.

The Students' Union Government has reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare and protection of all students, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
