Candidates who fell short of the required cutoff marks and were not admitted in the first round are notified of available slots in the programmes listed below.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Change your course or programme on the JAMB portal to a programme whose cutoff mark is lower than your aggregate score.
• Log onto the university portal at https://portal.delsuces.online/ to record the change made in the previous step.

Note:

• a. Upload proof of the course/programme change from the JAMB portal onto the university’s admission portal.
• b. The newly selected programme must have a cutoff lower than your aggregate; otherwise the application will not be considered. For example, Public Health has a cutoff of 50, so only candidates with a score of 50 or higher who were not admitted can switch to Public Health.
• c. Ensure that your UTME and UME subjects match the admission requirements of the new programme and that your O’Level results are already uploaded on the JAMB portal.
• d. The window for changing courses/programmes runs from Friday, 18 September 2026 to Friday, 25 September 2026.
