The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) announced an additional extension of the registration cut‑off for the 2026 December Modular Trades Certificate Examination, now set for Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of NABTEB, Dr. Mohammed Aminu Mohammed, gave his approval for the extension after receiving numerous appeals from candidates and other interested parties.

The notice states that the registration period, originally slated to end on Thursday, 15 October 2026, has been pushed back to close at midnight on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

This additional time is intended to give candidates who have not yet finished their registration a further opportunity to do so.

Prospective examinees are encouraged to make use of the new deadline and submit their registration before the updated cut‑off.
