Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) in Bauchi has announced a new cut‑off date for the physical screening of applicants targeting the 2026/2027 academic session.

The extension was communicated through an internal memorandum dated October 22, 2026, and bears the signature of the university registrar, Kabiru Garba Aminu.

The memo states that the deadline for candidates who have already cleared the online screening – whether applying via UTME or Direct Entry – is now Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

Prospective students are instructed to retrieve their invitation letters from the official screening portal at www.screening.atbu.edu.ng.

Those who receive an invitation must report for the physical assessment at the OPOLLO Innovation Hub, located on the Gubi Campus.

ATBU urges every applicant affected by the change to note the revised date and to complete the required screening without delay.
