This is to inform every student living in the university hostels on the Yelwa and Gubi campuses that the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session has concluded, and you must vacate the hostels immediately. The only exemptions are final‑year (500 level) students and 200 level students who are taking part in the Students' Work Experience Programme (SWEP).

In view of the above, the groups of students allowed to stay in the hostels must move to the assigned hostels as indicated below:

A. Gubi Campus

• Male students: Block C Hostel
• Female students: Old Block A Hostel

B. Yelwa Campus

• Male students: Hall 4 GRA Hostel
• Female students: Babylon Hostel

HANDOVER OF HOSTEL ITEMS

Before leaving your assigned hostels, you are required to surrender the following items in your possession to the relevant Hall supervisors:

1. Room Keys

2. Student mattresses.

Make certain that each item is handed over and formally acknowledged by the appropriate Hall Supervisor prior to your departure from the hostels.
