As a result of that discussion, the university informs all students that during peak periods—especially lecture weeks when many are hurrying to class—each individual may carry no more than two (2) buckets when drawing water from the morning tap.
This rule aims to promote fairness, ease bottlenecks at the water points, and give every student an opportunity to collect water before lectures commence.
