Graduands of the Second Semester, 2025/2026 academic session are notified that their Statement of Result is now available for pick‑up, with the exception of students from B.Sc. Political Science and B.Sc. Sociology.

Students who need to collect their Statement of Result must bring the following items at the time of collection:

  • A fully completed Clearance Form
  • Their Identification Card (ID Card)
  • Proof of payment for the Statement of Result collection

Congratulations are extended to all, and you are reminded to conduct yourselves calmly, courteously, and maintain a friendly atmosphere during the collection process and on campus.
