University of Jos, UNIJOS pre-degree sciences programme admission application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.

The management of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) is inviting suitably qualified candidates for admission into its 2016/2017 academic session PRE-DEGREE SCIENCES PROGRAMME.

CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR UNIJOS PRE-DEGREE PROGRAMME.

Candidates must possess WASC/SSCE/NECO/GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent with a minimum of five credits including English Language and Mathematics. Candidates with awaiting results will not be considered

Candidates must possess any combination of 5 credits from the following: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Further Mathematics and Biology or Technical Drawing or Fine Arts.

The Pre-Degree Sciences course which is strictly for science students is mainly for students of the catchment states of Plateau, Nasarawa, Niger, Kwara, Benue and Kogi only.

HOW TO APPLY FOR UNIJOS PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION.

Application forms are available online on the University Website: http://mis.unijos.edu.ng/form_applicationupon payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only through the following procedure:
Stage One: log in www.remita.net

i. Click pay Federal Government Agency.
ii. Enter University of Jos
iii. Select “Remedial Science” as name of service/purpose.
iv. Enter the following:
Level: 001
Amount: N10,000.00
Department: Remedial Science
Faculty: Natural Sciences
Session: 2016
Matric/JAMB/Form No: RS2016
Payer’s Name:
Payer’s email: ` `
Payer’s Phone NO:
Follow Remita procedure on the site to make payment (choose your preferred payment option i.e ATM mobile wallet etc) and use the RRR number to complete the admission form in stage two.

Stage Two:
i. The applicant visits mis.unijos.edu.ng/forms_application.
ii. The applicant then creates an account using his/her valid email address.
iii. The applicant uses the account created to fill the application form online.
iv. After filling the online application, the applicant enters details of payment for purchase of the application form which should include:
a. RRR
b. Amount paid
c. Transaction Date
v. The applicant then submits the completed application form online and waits for confirmation SMS and or email for successful application.
vi. On receipt of the confirmation SMS and or email, the applicant logs in with his/her account/details to view his/her completed application and print a copy if he/she so wishes.
