The Management of Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Ilorin, has officially announced that original diploma certificates issued by Kwara State University are now ready for collection.

This announcement is specifically for graduates who completed their diploma programmes at the college and are yet to receive their certificates. The long wait is over—collection begins shortly.

Certificate Collection Details
    •    Start Date: Monday, 5 January 2026
    •    Location: Office of the Registrar, Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Ilorin
    •    Collection Days: Monday to Friday (weekdays only)
    •    Collection Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Please note that certificates will not be available outside the stated hours.

Requirements for Collection
Certificates will only be released to graduates who have:
    •    Paid all approved and prescribed fees in full
    •    Cleared their academic records completely
    •    Settled any pending administrative matters
    •    Presented all relevant clearance and completion documents

Graduates who fail to meet any of these requirements will not be issued their certificates.
