Entry Requirements By Programme
PGDCHE (Community Health Education)
Applicants must satisfy one of the following:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Community Health or a relevant science-based discipline such as Public Health, Microbiology, Parasitology, Entomology, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics from a recognised university; OR
• An Upper Credit HND from a recognised institution in a public health-related discipline, plus a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in an executive or supervisory role within the healthcare sector.
In addition, candidates must possess O’Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Agricultural Science.
Duration: Two (2) semesters.

PGDIM (Information Management)
Eligible candidates include holders of:
• Third Class degree in Library Science
• Degree in any discipline
• HND in any discipline
All applicants must have satisfied the relevant O’Level requirements.
Duration: Two (2) semesters.

PGDMC (Sports Management And Coaching)
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
1. An honours degree in Human Kinetics and Health Education with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
2. An honours degree in a relevant science discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division, plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from a recognised university.
3. A Third Class honours degree in Human Kinetics and Health Education with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Candidates may be subjected to a screening test and/or interview. All applicants must meet the SSCE and university matriculation requirements and present evidence of NYSC discharge, exemption, or exclusion certificate.
Duration: Two (2) semesters.

PGD programmes are offered only at:
• FUDMA Main Campus
• Kano Study Centre

Application Procedure
The application fee for all PGD programmes is Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) only and is non-refundable.
Step 1: Account Creation
Applicants should register on the FUDMA CPCS application portal using a valid email address and phone number.
Step 2: Invoice Generation And Payment
After login, candidates are to generate an invoice and make payment through the approved payment channels.
Step 3: Payment Verification
Following successful payment, applicants must return to the portal to verify the transaction.
Step 4: Email Confirmation
Application guidelines and password creation instructions will be sent to the registered email address.
Step 5: Form Completion And Upload
Candidates should log in, complete the application form accurately, and upload a recent passport photograph. Applicants can thereafter monitor their admission status on the portal.
