Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Releases ND Fourth And Fifth Supplementary Admission Lists For 2025/2026 Session

Jan, 19Views: 328

Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, has announced the publication of its National Diploma (ND) Fourth and Fifth Supplementary Admission Lists for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The institution confirmed that all candidates listed have been duly offered admission via the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). As a result, affected candidates are advised to act promptly and complete all required procedures without delay.

How To Check The ND 4th And 5th Supplementary Admission Lists

Candidates can access the supplementary admission lists through the official notice shared by the Polytechnic online. The lists are available via the institution’s verified Facebook page where the admission details have been published.

Mandatory Steps For Admitted Candidates

The Polytechnic has outlined the following compulsory steps, which must be completed in sequence:

1. Accept Admission On JAMB CAPS
Candidates whose admission status is pending must log in to JAMB CAPS and formally accept the offer. This step is compulsory and serves as official confirmation of admission.

2. Generate Acceptance Fee Invoice
Admitted candidates are required to visit a cybercafé and generate an invoice for the payment of a non-refundable acceptance fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) via the Polytechnic’s official student portal.

Payment of the acceptance fee takes effect immediately.

3. Report To Department With Remita Invoice
After generating the Remita invoice for the acceptance fee, candidates must proceed to their respective departments for screening and continuation of registration processes.

Documents Required For Screening

Candidates are expected to present the following during departmental screening:
    •    JAMB Admission Letter (printed from the JAMB portal)
    •    Other original academic credentials as may be required

Failure to present original documents may result in avoidable delays during screening.

Important Fraud And Payment Warning

The Polytechnic has issued a strong caution to candidates against making payments to individuals, including relatives or third parties. Candidates are also warned not to pay into any POS account.

All payments must be processed strictly through the approved institutional portals, and payment receipts must align with official portal records.

Notice On Additional Admission Lists

The management further informed prospective candidates that additional admission lists may be released soon and advised applicants who are yet to be admitted to remain patient and vigilant.

In short: stay alert, follow official instructions, and keep all transactions strictly within approved channels.
