The University of Jos has announced that due to a scheduled town-wide restriction for security and operational reasons, movement within Jos will be restricted from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
All returning students are strongly advised to take necessary precautions to avoid being caught in the restriction period. To this end, students are urged to move out early from their locations to ensure they are not restricted.
Those traveling from distant locations are encouraged to divide their journeys into two stages, ensuring safe and timely arrival before the restriction begins. The university appeals to students to take this notice seriously and plan their movements accordingly for their safety and convenience.
The university appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all students in this matter.
